3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellations:
- In case the customer decides to cancel the trip on the day of the journey, the customer must pay some applicable charges to the company if cancellation is made on the day of the trip. (Applicable only if advance money has been paid to the company for the trip)
- Company Cancellations:
- In rare cases where SG Travels Chandigarh must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, weather, or operational reasons), a full refund (in case of advance payment) or alternative arrangement will be offered.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Travel Policies
- Passengers are requested to carry a valid ID proof during the journey.
- SG Travels Chandigarh is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
- Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited in vehicles.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide the best possible service, SG Travels Chandigarh shall not be liable for:
- Any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel.
- Delays, accidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Third-party service issues (such as hotels, guides, or external transport providers).
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
